At Wizardry Summer Day Camp, we believe every child should have the opportunity to experience the magic of camp! We offer limited scholarships to assist families in need, available on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply for our scholarship program click the button below to submit your application.

We understand that circumstances can change between registering for camp and the camp start date. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we can effectively manage camp operations.
Cancellation InsuranceCancellation insurance is available for purchase at the time of registration through Active Net. This insurance provides additional flexibility in case of unexpected changes to your plans.
Standard Cancellation PolicyIf you choose not to purchase cancellation insurance, the following terms apply:
1) From Registration Date to 30 Days Before Camp Start DateNotification: Notify us by emailing .moc.liamg%40pmac.yad.remmus.yrdraziwDate Changes: We will make every effort to switch your camper to an alternate date if requested, subject to availability. Date changes are not guaranteed. If available, date changes are complimentary (no fees).Fees:A $145 cancellation fee (plus the $75 nonrefundable materials fee) applies for full cancellation. Tuition will be refunded minus the $145 cancellation fee and the non-refundable materials fees if an alternate date cannot be found.
2) 30 to 7 Days Before Camp Start DateRefund/Transfer Terms:Date Changes: We will make every effort to switch your camper to an alternate date if requested, subject to availability. Date changes are not guaranteed. If available, date changes are complimentary (no fees).50% of the tuition cost and the full non-refundable materials fee will be charged.The remainder of the tuition will be refunded.
3) 7 Days or Less Before Camp Start DateNo Refunds or Transfers.Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
